Outdoor surveillance cameras have been employed in various industrial fields from CCTV and monitoring systems to traffic control systems. Microsystems, Inc. first developed a DFG-aided outdoor surveillance AI camera for daily life safety and future industries such as smart cities and factories; therefore, DFG-aided outdoor surveillance camera can improve the visibility and recognition rate of the AI camera in various environmental conditions even during heavy rainfall. The proposed DFG-aided AI camera uses only electrical signal controls to remove various contaminants such as rainwater, fogging, and frost. Hence, there is no need for additional mechanical wipers, resulting in the excellent durability and the fast operation along with the future-oriented stealth aircraft design.
